Tens of countless numbers of commuters have ditched their physical Opal smartcards thanks to the rollout of contactless payments know-how across NSW’s community transportation network.

Far more than thirty million visits have now been taken applying credit score or debit card, or connected intelligent units, given that Transport for NSW 1st started trialling the Opal choice on the Manly Ferry in July 2017.
